The swamp is a place confined to itself. You can imagine the fetid odor that spreads in the air. Here the old trees are surrounded by silt and sludge. The floor is all covered by moss and baths in non profound moody water. Walking here is painful and you have to step over the emerging roots of the trees or to remove the creepers and the hanging moss.
